5:45 p.m. The New Orleans Pelicans declined the qualifying offer on Cheick Diallo, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. That makes the 6-foot-9 Diallo an unrestricted free agent.
4:58 p.m. Marc Gasol will return to Toronto, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The Raptors' center is exercising his $25.6 million player option and will bypass free agency.
3:38 p.m. The Rockets have a lot of ideas to get Jimmy Butler, this one being the latest in their sign-and-trade quest. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Houston is looking to trade Clint Capela, Eric Gordon and PJ Tucker individually, hoping to get a first-round pick in exchange for one of them. The Rockets could then offer the pick in a sign-and-trade proposal to the 76ers.
2:48 p.m. Could Kelly Oubre stay in the desert? The Phoenix Suns have extended a qualifying offer to Oubre, making him a restricted free agent, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
11:37 a.m. Are Kevin Durant's days out West over? The Golden State star declined his player option, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, and will become an unrestricted free agent. According to the report, he's in New York with his business manager evaluating his options.

6:24 p.m. The Houston Rockets plan to pursue Jimmy Butler via a sign-and-trade this summer, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The Philadelphia 76ers plan to be aggressive in re-signing Butler, who can offer him the largest contract at five-years, $190 million.
3:50 p.m. The Los Angeles Lakers are expected to sign guard J.R. Smith once he becomes available as a free agent, according to Yahoo! Sports' Chris Haynes. The Cavaliers are currently trying to trade him, and Smith is expected to be waived if traded and ultimately hit free agency.
3:50 p.m. If free agent point guard Kemba Walker were to consider leaving Charlotte, it appears that the Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks have emerged as frontrunners to sign him, according to The New York Times' Marc Stein.
2:50 p.m. The Dallas Mavericks plan to offer restricted free agent Kristaps Porzingis a five-year, $158 Million contract when free agency opens on June 30, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania.
MONDAY, JUNE 24
6:20 p.m. After three seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers, Evan Turner was traded to the Atlanta Hawks for Kent Bazemore, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
1:30 p.m. Less than a week out from free agency, Kevin Durant is reportedly not happy with the Warriors, stemming from his Achilles injury during the NBA Finals, which followed his calf strain. Related to the Warriors clearing him to return to the court, Durant is "really pissed off at the Warriors," Bleacher Report noted one an anonymous league exec saying.
From the same report, Durant and Kyrie Irving have met twice in recent weeks -- once in the Bay Area while Durant was injured with his strained calf and once in New York after he had surgery to repair his Achilles tendon. Irving -- who recently purchased a house in South Orange, New Jersey -- is trying to recruit Durant and New York Knicks free agent DeAndre Jordan to join him and play for the Brooklyn Nets, according to Bleacher Report.
THURSDAY, JUNE 20
10:47 p.m The Wizards have acquired the No. 42 pick and guard Jonathan Simmons from the 76ers in exchange for cash considerations, per Shams Charania.
6:17 p.m. The Suns have acquired the No. 11 pick and forward Dario Saric from the Timberwolves for the No. 6 pick, per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
6:17 p.m. The Hawks have acquired the No. 4 pick from the Pelicans, which they got from the Lakers in the mega-deal for Anthony Davis, for picks No. 8, 17, and 35, per Adrian Wojnaroski of ESPN. Wojnarowski also reports the Hawks plan to use the pick on Virginia's De'Andre Hunter.
2:26 p.m. The Pacers have acquired TJ Warren and tonight's No. 32 pick from the Suns for cash. Pheonix wanted to dump Warren's 3-year, $35 million contract and clear cap space, reports Adrian Wojnarowski.

10:58 p.m. The Miluakee Bucks have traded Tony Snell and the No. 30 pick in Thursday's draft to the Pistons for forward Jon Leuer. The deal cannot be complete, however, until Miluakee makes the 30th pick on Detroit's behalf, according to NBA.com.
11:51 a.m. The second blockbuster trade of the NBA offseason has happened. But don't worry – Bradley Beal hasn't gone anywhere.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the Grizzlies have traded Mike Conley to Utah in exchange for Jae Crowder, Grayson Allen, and Kyle Korver, along with tomorrow night's 23rd pick and a protected 2020 first-round pick.
8:47 a.m. Bucks guard Khris Middleton is declining his $13 million player option and will become a free agent, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Middleton seeks a long-term max contract with Miluakee or he'll look elsewhere for a max deal.
TUESDAY, JUNE 18
11:35 p.m. The Los Angeles Lakers are desperately trying to restructure the Anthony Davis trade in order to give them the $32 million-plus in cap space needed to sign a third star to a max deal, according to Adiran Wojnarowski and Bobby Marks. They are currently shopping the contracts of Mo Wagner, Jemarrio Jones and Isaac Bonga, leaving Kyle Kuzma and Lebron James as the only other players remaining from their end-of-seaon roster.
5:04 p.m. Despite the Celtics' awareness that Horford is interested in signing elsewhere, they have not given up on re-signing him, reports Adam Himmelsbach.
4:24 p.m. An update on Al Horford: Steve Bulpett says Horford is expected to sign a 4-year contract elsewhere and not a 3-year extension with the Celtics.
2:30 p.m. The second Woj-bomb of the day, Harrison Barnes reportedly will pass on his player option, worth $25.1 million, with the Kings for 2019-20. He will become an unrestricted free agent, but like Horford, could negotiate a long-term deal to remain with his team.
8:03 p.m. Wizards' restricted free agent Bobby Portis will receive interest from the Lakers, Clippers, Jazz, Bucks, Magic and Knicks among others, NBC Sports Washington's Chase Hughes reports. Washington is expected to offer Portis a $3.6 million qualifying offer on June 30, opening the bidding for other teams to challenge the Wizards.
10:30 a.m. Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Al Horford declined to exercise his $30.1 million player option with the Celtics, making him an unrestricted free agent. That doesn't mean he's ready to bolt. Instead, both sides reportedly intend to negotiate a new, longer-term extension that would keep the five-time All-Star in Boston, but give the Celtics more cap flexibility than the $30.1 million he would have been owed this coming season.
MONDAY, JUNE 17
5:00 p.m. In another move to cut salary and loosen up cap space, the Nets did not extend a qualifying offer to Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, according to Adrian Wojnarowski. That decision makes him an unrestricted free agent. Brooklyn needs all the cap space it can amass if it hopes to lure Kyrie Irving and make a decision on keeping D'Angelo Russell.
SATURDAY, JUNE 15
6:30 p.m Giddy up! Here's the move the entire NBA has been waiting on: Anthony Davis has been traded. To the Lakers. This is NOT a drill.
Los Angeles, desipite a summer of front-office foibles and locker-room drama, managed to pry their guy out of New Orleans, but paid a hefty price to do it, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Lakers gave up Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart and a fleet of picks. Those picks include the 2019 No. 4, a 2021 protected first-rounder (if top-eight, the Pelicans get this pick. If not, the Pelicans get an unprotected 2022 first-rounder), a 2023 pick swap and a 2024 unprotected first-rounder (the Pelicans have the option to defer to 2025).
Davis settling in Los Angeles is the first domino to fall in chain reaction that will touch many of the NBA's top teams. The first question becomes what happens to the No. 4 pick. Will New Orleans trade it? The second question is what do the Knicks, Celtics and other teams pursuing Davis do now?
Could they go after other high-value trade targets like Bradley Beal?
THURSDAY, JUNE 13
7:45 p.m Goran Dragic decided to pick up his $19.2 million player option with the Heat, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania. The move was expected, as Dragic's age (33) and injury history makes his Miami contract more lucrative than any alternative he'd command on the free agent market.
4:45 p.m. Grizzlies big man Jonas Valanciuas will decline his player option for next season, worth $17.6 million, according to Adrian Wojnarowski. That means he will be an unrestricted free agent this summer, but Wojnarowski's sources say that Valanciunas intends to work with Memphis on a new multi-year extension to remain with the team.
TUESDAY, JUNE 6
4:30 p.m The Nets make a move to clear cap space by trading Allen Crabbe, their 2017 No. 17 pick and a protected 2020-first rounder to the Hawks in return for Taurean Prince and a 2021 second-rounder, per Adrian Wojnarowski. This trade is largely viewed as a way to make cap room to sign top free-agent target Kyrie Irving.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 29
11:30 a.m. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the Rockets have let it be known that all of their assets, including their entire roster and draft picks, are on the trade table for the right price. While star shooting guard James Harden is extremely unlikely to be moved, center Clint Capela and point guard Chris Paul are names to watch.
